We’re making this quick video to announce the launch of an exciting new platform that we built for you guys.

NATE:
The Synico portal is designed to access all of your digital marketing reporting, intake survey results, and online testing requests from a single interface.

RICHARD:
You can also use it to request and manage new marketing, web, graphic design and copywriting projects, including an interactive proofing and feedback system that helps you speed up the review and approval process.

NATE:
You’ll be able to find and access all files such as logo designs, campaign creative, and every social media graphic that we ever created for you all from one organized place.

RICHARD:
We’re also pushing out a ton of training videos on a variety of topics. Everything from editing your website to running your own digital marketing campaigns.

NATE:
Best of all, you can now reach our team in real time using the live chat found in the bottom left hand corner. We’re here to help your marketing succeed.

RICHARD:
And we’re not done yet. In the coming weeks we’re going to roll out even more great features like advanced reporting, filtering and export functionality for all of your datasets.

NATE:
We’ll also have heat maps to clearly see which communities you’re engaging with and the communities that you might be missing.

RICHARD:
And we’re also wrapping up development on a new full-featured scheduling system that allows you to see all of your upcoming and past HIV testing appointments. It allows you to control your schedule and confirm or cancel appointments. It even includes confirmation and appointment reminders for your clients so they don’t miss their appointments.

We’re also working to roll out a free marketing resource center where you can access premium diverse stock photos, icon packs, email marketing templates, and more.

RICHARD:
